Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information DDF Draw Results collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the website at ddf.bigticketresults.com and to the DDF Draw Results Android application (together, the “Service”).

DDF Draw Results is a results information service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Dubai Duty Free. We do not sell tickets, we do not accept entries, and we do not process any payments. Tickets are sold, draws are held and prizes are paid only by Dubai Duty Free.

Who we are

The Service is operated by the team that publishes DDF Draw Results. For any privacy question, data request or complaint, email emiratesdrawtoday@gmail.com or use the contact page. We aim to respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

Information we collect

Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, certain information is collected automatically by us and by our service providers:

• Device and connection data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen size and language.
• Usage data: pages viewed, time spent, referring website, links clicked, and approximate location derived from your IP address (country or city level).
• Cookies and similar technologies: small files and identifiers stored on your device, described in the Cookies section below.

Information you provide

Contact messages: if you contact us, we receive the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message. The Service has no user accounts, no comment forms and no newsletter.

We do not ask for and do not want financial information, identity documents, ticket purchase details or account credentials. Never send us payment details, passport numbers or Dubai Duty Free account information.

Winner information shown on the Service

The Service republishes draw results that Dubai Duty Free has already announced publicly: series number, winning ticket number, the winner's published name, nationality, prize and draw date. We do not collect this information from winners ourselves and we do not add any information beyond what has been announced. If you are a listed winner and would like your entry shortened or removed from this Service, contact us and we will act on the request promptly.

Advertising and Google AdSense

The Service is supported by advertising. We display advertisements through Google AdSense, and the following disclosures apply:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to the Service and/or other sites on the internet.
• You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info or, in Europe, at youronlinechoices.eu.
• Advertisers other than Google may also place cookies. We do not control these third-party cookies and recommend reviewing the relevant vendor's own privacy policy.

Advertising content is selected by Google and its partners, not by us. The appearance of an advertisement on the Service is not an endorsement or recommendation by DDF Draw Results. Google's own handling of data is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used, so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage and device data as described above. You can prevent this by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by declining analytics cookies where a consent prompt is shown.

The Android app

The DDF Draw Results Android app displays this website inside a trusted browser view. It has no account system, requests no device permissions, sends no push notifications and stores no personal information on your device beyond the standard browser cookies described in this policy. Everything the app shows is served from ddf.bigticketresults.com, and this policy applies in full.

Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. The Service uses:

• Strictly necessary cookies, required for the site to function, including security and caching.
• Analytics cookies, set by Google Analytics to measure usage.
• Advertising cookies, set by Google and other advertising vendors to select and measure ads.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and the advertising controls listed above let you turn off personalised ads. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Service working.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact page.

California residents: we do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing of advertising identifiers with advertising partners may be treated as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. You can opt out using the advertising controls listed above, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control signal in your browser. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have not resolved your concern, you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Data deletion requests

You can ask us to delete the personal information associated with your use of the Service, whether you used the website or the app. No account is needed to make a request. Email emiratesdrawtoday@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and tell us what you would like removed. We confirm receipt, act within 30 days, and delete the data we hold ourselves. Data held by Google (advertising and analytics) is controlled through the Google tools linked above; we cannot delete it on your behalf.

Data retention

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for up to 12 months afterwards. Server access logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics settings, currently 14 months.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18, and Dubai Duty Free draws are restricted to adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The Service is served over HTTPS. We collect as little personal information as possible and hold it only where necessary. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be announced on this page.
